I believe the power of lifelong change in our fitness and nutrition starts with small steps. When we start out to improve our health, better our nutrition, add movement into our daily lives, we often decided to change many things all at one time. Those changes become unsustainable over time and we slowly slip back into our own bad habits. Instead I work with folks to identify their first small step towards their healthiest self. Take that one small step daily until that step becomes a habit, a part of your daily routine. Then focus on the next small step. Those small steps of change add up to miles and miles when you look back to see how far you have come.
