This morning I created a 21 Day Fix tracker and I thought I would share with you all!
I LOVE the 21 Day Fix for folks of all levels of fitness. The program teaches the foundations of a healthy lifestyle: portion control, balanced diet, and physical activity. I have seen many folks commit to three weeks and their results have been incredible. Not only are they losing weight and inches, they are learning how to fuel their bodies with whole foods rather than processed.
If you are an iPhone user, there is a great tracker available in the App Store. If you are an Android user, you are out of luck! Contact Beachbody and let them know you are interested in a 21 Day Fix app that works across all platforms.
But I’m a pen and paper kind of gal. I like to write things down and cross them off. It is a sense of accomplishment. So I decided to create 2 different trackers for myself (and now you!).
The first is a larger daily tracker that can be printed, slipped into a page protector and hung on your refrigerator. Grab your favorite dry eraser marker and cross of your boxes as you go!
The other tracker is a smaller version that can be tucked inside your paper planner….if you roll old school like I do!
