Our meal plan for this week. After several months of focusing on fitness for my triathlon training, I’m spending the next few months focusing on nutrition. I will be incorporating more lower carb, grain free meals into our diet as I found that helps most with the dreaded tummy bloat!

Meal PLan

Monday: Grilled pork chops with jalapeno peach salsa

Tuesday: Taco Tuesday!!!

Wednesday: Crockpot chicken with roasted carrots

Thursday: Turkey Brats from Becker Farms, peppers and onions, sweet potato hash

Friday:  Pulled pork and salad

Saturday: Birthday cookout.

Sunday:  Mama’s Last Chance Buffet

All the leftovers in the fridge are set out on the counter and the kids pay for the dinner like a buffet!
