While the temperature outside feels more like late spring, November is the kickoff of my favorite month of the year! I LOVE the leaves, cool nights, focusing on gratitude and not gifts. Time for sweaters and boots, football and Thanksgiving.


Monday: Chicken, Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes. (Kids will have carrots and russet potatoes)

Tuesday: Tomato Florentine Soup from A Cooking Safari with Mickey, my souvenir from Animal Kingdom!

Wednesday: Macaroni and Cheese with Chicken and Broccoli from Fixate.

Thursday: Out to dinner. A friend gave us a gift certificate for Red Robin, my kids favorite restaurant.

Friday: Mama leaves for a desperately needed retreat with my church!! Daddy’s on duty.

Saturday: Mama’s gone, Daddy’s on duty.
