The week of Thanksgiving is here! I LOVE this holiday. No pressure of gifts or waiting for Santa. Instead we are focused on good food, family, and FOOTBALL!! The beginning of our week will be simple dinners in preparation for THE dinner.


Monday: Chicken and rice casserole & asparagus

Tuesday: Soup (most likely homemade chicken noodle) and grilled cheese

Wednesday: Hamburgers, fries, and salad

Thursday! Our #eatlocal Thanksgiving dinner. *check back tomorrow when I share my menu and local farms, artisans, and bakeries we will be supporting this year.

Friday: Leftovers

Saturday: Leftovers

Sunday: Spaghetti and meatballs, garlic bread, salad
