It’s been a while since I’ve created a meal plan, published it, and followed through with it! But as we start back into the swing of school and extracurricular activities, I realize how desperate I am to get back to a good solid weekly meal plan. We are going to start with the basics this week. Dinners based on a the simple protein, vegetable, and grain formula. With a little lasagna¬† thrown in!


Meal PLan

Monday: Grilled chicken and vegetables, brown rice

Tuesday: Tacos! Simple beef tacos for the kids. These spicy fish tacos for the adults

Wednesday: Lasagna and salad

Thursday: Baked pork chops, augratin potatoes, broccoli

Friday: Pulled pork, green beans, corn muffins

Saturday: BLT chopped salad

Sunday: Leftovers!
