The leaves are just starting to change color here in the Midwest and that means the crock pot is coming out and stew, soups and casseroles are returning to my meal plan! My husband and I are recommitting to our nutrition so many of this week’s recipes are found in Autumn Calabrese’s Fixate Cookbook!

Meal Plan

Monday: Crock pot chicken, rice pilaf and fresh green beans

Tuesday: Grilled flank steak, sweet potatoes, and roasted Brussels sprout

Wednesday: Frittata from the Fixate cookbook, fruit salad

Thursday: Zoodles with Italian turkey sausage from Becker Farms (regular pasta for the kids), salad

Friday: Easy Chicken Noodle Soup from Fixate and grilled cheese sandwiches

Saturday: Dinner out!
