Here’s what I’m in love with this week:

ONE

Remember my love of football and Peyton Manning from two weeks ago?

I LOVE that he won Superbowl 50 to cap off his amazing career.

Now, Peyton, it’s time to come back home to the Colts…where you belong ๐Ÿ™‚

TWO

Have you seen this amazing yogi?? Dana Falsetti has shown up several times on my newsfeed lately and I LOVE how she’s breaking the mold of what a yogi should look like.

THREE

Until Diane and I went to Garden Table a few weeks ago, I was scared of arugula. There I said it. “Peppery greens” just sound weird. But now I am IN LOVE with arugula.

Have you tried it???

FOUR

Coloring isn’t just for kids anymore. Coloring is for my rest days.

FIVE

My youngest daughter is experiencing hair loss and I’m fairly confident it’s related to an autoimmune disorder. I’ll be sharing more after our dermatology appointment next week.

In the meanwhile, I’ve been researching how essential oils can be used to help hair growth. Through the rabbit hole of the internet, I found Body Unburdened and mixed up her face wash. IN LOVE!!! Up next, herย turmeric antioxidant mask.

    • I’ll have to look into castor oil! I am slightly obsessed with your blog. Tried the blackhead busting mask and it’s like a magical potion!! Cannot wait to try the turmeric honey mask. You have a devoted follower here at Small Steps!

I would love to hear from you!!
