Fast Feasts- Trout with Asparagus & Potatoes

This meal is definitely “You must try at least one bite”. Then it was a five out of six family stamp of approval! My oldest is the one stronghold in our family who refuses to join the crew and our love of fish and seafood. Without further ado, here’s a super healthy meal that took less than 30 minutes to prepare.

There you have it! To be honest, my oldest ate some fish sticks in place of the trout.

Still a delicious & simple Fast Feast!

  1. Another amazing meal that looks like it would take me more than thirty minutes. I’m loving the challenge to make something quickly for the fam that still looks like it was made with love and care.
